Now is the perfect time to buy Colorado real estate.

Colorado Springs in not only a great place to live, (voted #1 in Money Magazine 2006) it is also perfect for homeownership.  And right now, Colorado Springs has three conditions that are necessary for buyers to get the best deals. 1) Low interest rates (currently at 40-yr lows), 2) longer listing periods (competition is not as strong, thus prices are better), and 3) a larger inventory (giving buyers a better selection).
